Action Performed:

1. Launch app
2. Open a chat
3. Send a message google.com
4. Send another message google.com
5. In step 4 message open reply thread and send a message
6. Go offline
7. Delete the parent message
8. Tap the parent message
9. Note parent deleted link opens
10. Go back to conversation page and delete step 3 message
11. Tap on step 3 deleted message
12. Note deleted message link doesn't open

Expected Result:

Deleted messages should behave consistently. Either links in all deleted messages should open, or links in all deleted messages should not open, regardless of whether the message has a reply thread.

Actual Result:

In offline mode, tapping a deleted parent message that has a reply thread still opens the link (google.com). However, tapping a deleted message without a reply thread does not open the link. The behavior is inconsistent for deleted messages.
