App Component: Workspace Settings

Action Performed:

1. Launch new expensify
2. Tap on Workspaces
3. Tap on Domains and select the domain
4. Tap on Groups

Expected Result:

There's no search field when there are less than 15 groups on the Domain

Actual Result:

On this version the search bar is shown even when there are only the two default groups available

Workaround:
