Pre-condition: Preferences - currency ₹

1. Launch app
2. Create an expense in workspace chat
3. Open the expense
4. Send a message set amount to ¥6000
5. Note concierge updated amount as ¥60

Expected Result:

Concierge must update correct amount when ¥ currency is used.

Actual Result:

Concierge updates incorrect amount when ¥ currency is used.
