Action Performed:

1. Launch app
2. Open workspace chat
3. Create a empty report
4. Toggle on forced offline
5. Change expense report name as Shahrukh Khan
6. Go back to workspace chat preview and note report name changed as Shahrukh Khan
7. Now add an expense
8. Note after adding expense report name changed to default expense report title
9. Toggle off forced offline
10. Note now expense report title changed as Shahrukh Khan

Expected Result:

The custom expense report title ("Shahrukh Khan") should remain unchanged after adding an expense, regardless of offline or online state.

Actual Result:

After adding an expense while offline, the report title is replaced with the default expense report title in the workspace chat preview. Once the app goes back online, the custom title ("Shahrukh Khan") is restored automatically.
