Update the Expensify Travel admin help page: how policy coding maps to booking questions, and the two limitations (dependent multi-level tags and date report fields are not synced). Likely no brand-new page; confirm during review.
Acceptance criteria:
- The help page explains the mapping and both limitations.
- Draft can be ready before launch; only the publish waits for the feature to ship.
