Action Performed:

Preconditions:
Use applausetester+gusto@applause.expensifail.com account
User connected to Gusto, change the approval to Basic mode, and set expensify@gustodemo.com as the Final approver

  1. Open the New Dot app
  2. Navigate to Member -> Remove all members (observe the banner if remove Demo Gusto will change the approver to the Owner)
  3. Confirm Remove members
  4. Navigate to Workflows

Expected Result:

App changes the Approver back to the owner

Actual Result:

Only the Expense From section appears in the Approval Workflows
