Device used: Motorola MotoG60 / Android 12 (Hybrid app) - Windows 11 / Chrome
App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

Prerequisite: Account has Self DM.

1. Open the staging.new.expensify.com website.
2. Click on FAB > "Create Expense" > "Manual"
3. Enter any negative amount and click on "Next"
4. Navigate to recipients list.
5. Note that Self DM is not present and expense can´t be submitted to it.
6. Navigate to Self DM,
7. Click on "+" > "Create Expense" > "Manual"
8. Enter any negative amount and click on "Next"
9. Finish expense creation flow.
10. Note that expense can be created from chat.

Expected Result:

User should be able to create an expense with negative amount via FAB, and submit it to Self DM.

Actual Result:

Expense with negative amount can be submitted to Self DM if created while on chat, but it can´t be submitted to it if created via FAB.
