[NO QA] Fix NetSuite travel export row subtitle and account label

Explanation of Change

On the NetSuite export settings page, the "Export travel expenses as" row showed the selected account name (e.g. "1004 Payroll") as its subtitle instead of the export format. Every other export row (out-of-pocket, company card) shows the export format ("Journal entries") as its subtitle. This PR aligns the travel row with that pattern.

The detail page for that row also labelled the account picker "Travel payable account", while the equivalent field on other journal entry export pages uses "Non-reimbursable journal posting account". This PR updates the label to match.

  • I verified the JSDocs style guidelines (in STYLE.md) were followed
• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
