Explanation of Change

Upgrades react-native-worklets from 0.8.1 to 0.8.3.

• Updates package.json and package-lock.json
• Renames the existing crash-fix patch to match the new version (react-native-worklets+0.8.3+001+fix-app-crash-SerializableRemoteFunction.patch)
• Updates ios/Podfile.lock
