• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
• I followed the guidelines as stated in the Review Guidelines

This PR is a pure internal code migration — it swaps the getDisplayNameOrDefault helper for temporaryGetDisplayNameOrDefault (which threads a translate param through for localization) across a handful of components, utils, and tests. There is no change to any user-facing behavior, UI copy, feature name, tab, setting, or workflow that the help site documents.

Because nothing customer-facing changed, no docs/articles updates are needed and I have not created a draft docs PR.
