This PR (#95262) is a pure internal refactor: it migrates US virtual card reveal details out of a React context and into the in-memory RevealedCardSecretsStore, matching how PINs and EU/UK card details are already stored (per issue #92008).

There is no user-facing behavior change:

• The reveal flow, Reveal button, magic-code confirmation, loading state, and card details display are all functionally identical.
• No feature names, tab names, settings labels, buttons, or user steps changed.
• The storage mechanism it changes (React context vs. module-level store) is an implementation detail that isn't — and shouldn't be — documented on the help site.

The existing help articles that mention revealing virtual card details (e.g. Cardholder-Settings-and-Features.md) describe the unchanged user flow, so no draft PR was created.

@DylanDylann, please confirm you agree no help site changes are needed here. If you believe a docs update is warranted, let me know what behavior changed for users and I'll draft the PR.
