This PR is a UI-behavior bug fix: it calls stopAnimation() in the onCancel handler so that when a user dismisses the Generate PDF modal, the primary action button reverts straight back to Submit instead of finishing the "Submitted" animation. This is an internal fix to button/animation state — it does not add, remove, or change any user-facing feature, setting, or workflow that the help site documents.

I searched docs/articles for the Submit via PDF flow and PDF references. The existing PDF mentions relate to exporting/downloading expenses and reports (not this submission-cancel animation), so there is nothing to update.

@iwiznia, since no help site changes are required, there is no linked help site PR to review. If you believe this behavior should be documented, let me know and I'll draft one.
