Docs update for #94760
#94760 hides the workspace-wide Members must tag all expenses toggle for independent multi-level tags. For those workspaces, tag requirements are now set per tag level (a Required toggle at the top of each tag list), matching Expensify Classic. Single-level tags and dependent multi-level tags keep the workspace-wide toggle.
What changed in the docs
docs/articles/new-expensify/workspaces/Require-tags-and-categories-for-expenses.md: added a How to require independent multi-level tags per level section explaining that the workspace-wide toggle is hidden for independent multi-level tags and that Required is set per level instead.Related PR
