Explanation of Change

Adds a new HelpDot article, Manage Multiple Company Cards, documenting the bulk-action capabilities introduced in #94678 on the New Expensify Company cards page:

• Selecting multiple company cards to reveal the selected-count dropdown.
• Unassign cards (bulk unassign of assigned cards).
• View transactions for selected assigned cards.
• Export as CSV for any selection (columns: Email, Name, Card number, Transaction start date, Last updated, Assigned).
• Behavior when the action set is limited to Export as CSV (unassigned or mixed selections), and how selection clears on search/feed changes.

All feature names, button labels, and column names were verified against the strings in src/languages/en.ts on the source PR.
