[No QA] Docs updates for E/A#95041 document Remaining column in Expensify Card list

Explanation of Change

#95041 adds a Remaining column to the Expensify Card list (Workspaces > [Workspace] > Expensify Card), letting admins see how much of each cardholder's spending limit is left without opening each card.

This PR documents that new column in Set-Up-and-Manage-the-Expensify-Card-US.md, mirroring the existing "What the Status column shows in the Expensify Card list" section. Like the Status column, the Remaining column is hidden on narrow and medium screens.

• Added a new ## What the Remaining column shows in the Expensify Card list section.
• The column header label (Remaining) is taken from the source string workspace.expensifyCard.remaining (Remaining). The individual card details page labels the same value Remaining limit.
