writing-for-agents pass: references, templates, commands

What to build

Apply the writing-for-agents skill to the remaining bundled instruction content: the nine asset references, the eleven asset templates, and the search-intelligently command. Templates are scaffolding for packages the publisher generates — improving them changes what consumers' generated packages receive, so placeholder contracts must survive intact.

Acceptance criteria

• All references, templates, and the command pass the writing-for-agents checklist
• Template placeholders and generated-package shape unchanged
• bun run check and bun test green

writing-for-agents pass — audit trail

Implemented on issue-5-writing-for-agents-content (efa7938, 1e6bdaf). Scope note: the search-intelligently command is repo tooling, not consumer package content — excluded per direction; only 9 template files exist (the "eleven" count is stale).

Per-file checklist verdicts

References (9/9 pass):

• agents.md — edited: Types bullet now defines all; mode-default duplication with the frontmatter table retired.
• opencode-architect-oneshots.md — edited: Example 2 config corrected to match mcp-servers fundamentals (command array, tools-map scoping); Example 4 drops deprecated tools boolean map, stale model id, and no-op default-on allows; negation routing lists/headings made positive; fictional AgentConfig block and duplicate table rows pruned; Example 6 table contrast repaired in review follow-up.
• skills.md — edited: Authoring quick rules point at prompt-engineering.md instead of restating it (single source of truth).
• commands.md, config.md, mcp-servers.md, plugins.md, prompt-engineering.md, tools.md — reviewed, already pass: flat reference tier is legitimate, positive phrasing, no stale content found; left untouched (no-op edits are churn).

Templates (9/9 pass, placeholders and package shape unchanged):

• skill-structure.template.md — edited: metadata.topic is now a string (matches the documented string-to-string map); scoping section phrased positively. Placeholders (topic1, topic2, description, name, version) intact.
• cli, index, installer, plugin-local, prompts templates and both package-*.json / tsconfig.json — reviewed, already pass; instruction headers and placeholder contracts untouched.

Acceptance criteria

• References and templates pass the checklist (per-file verdicts above)
• Template placeholders and generated-package shape unchanged
• bun run check and bun test green (27 pass, 0 fail)

Review notes: config corrections in Examples 2/4 and the model-id bump are stale-content pruning — the examples are copy-paste material for consumers; documented in the commit message.
