• v0.8.0 failed to load in every consumer session: the package entry module re-exported the named OpencodeArchitectPlugin class, and OpenCode's loader invokes every function-valued entry export as a plain plugin factory — calling a class without new aborts the whole plugin (Cannot call a class constructor OpencodeArchitectPlugin without |new| in the session log) and no agents register. index.ts now exports only default; the class stays importable from plugin.ts for tests (ADR-0010)
