Traffic Light

This exercise's goal is to practice dom events, basic dom manipulation, and provide a level-up that requires intermediate logic.

Steps:

1. Open the starter_code folder.
2. Run the HTML in the Visual Studio Code live server
3. Edit the script.js file and follow the instructions in the comments.
