Security

• ClickHouseDBAdapter validates the table name before it is used in SQL (CREATE TABLE, INSERT, table lookup) (PR #37).

Fixes

• ClickHouseDBAdapter stores playhead: 0 / duration: 0 instead of turning them into -1 (PR #36).
• SQS_MAX_MESSAGES and SQS_WAIT_TIME are parsed correctly and validated against AWS limits.

Other

• Redis and Beanstalkd adapter tests, README and SQS docs fixes, TSLint to ESLint (PR #33, #34).

Not included: the geo/domain columns (#40, PR #41), which are on main after this release.
