New Features

• Remove LwM2M APIs for Zephyr networked devices (MG100, Pinnacle 100, BL5340 DVK)
• ADC - can now configure resolution and oversampling
• ADC - new get_config() API to retrieve the settings of the ADC channel
• ADC - new read_raw() API. Returns the raw ADC count based on the configured resolution
• RTC - Lyra24 RTC now uses BURTC instead of SYSRTC to allow the RTC time to survive a software reset
• Canvas zcbor API now allows writing CBOR into existing bytearray instead of always creating a new one
• Enabled array slice assignment in MicroPython
• CAN bus: user controllable RX buffer size and read_frame API

• Zephyr networked devices (MG100, Pinnacle 100, BL5340):
  • Adjusted configuration to increase available MicroPython heap space
    • Reduced kernel heap memory pool to 8KB from 16KB
    • Limit concurrent DNS queries to 1
    • Limit simultaneous TLS socket contexts to 2
  • Increased TLS in/out content buffer size (6144 bytes) for improved compatibility during handshake

Bug Fixes

• BL654 USB dongle showed 3 COM ports. Fixed to only have 2
• ADC - init() API would ignore positional parameters
• Fixed issue where Lyra24 would not run main.py/boot.py
• Fixed reboot with BLE bonding on BL54L15
• CAN bus - busy bus would prevent MicroPython app from running
• time.sleep_us() would not yield the MicroPython thread

Known Issues

• Firmware update from 1.x to 2.x firmware is not supported. The memory map and firmware signing keys have changed
• BL5340: BLE OTA firmware update does not work
• SL917: OTA firmware updates (via network or BLE) are not supported. Low power modes are not supported
