InfoPanel.Spotify Plugin v1.2.2 Release
What's New in v1.2.2
Fix: OAuth Callback Server Stuck on Port 5000
The Spotify authorization flow would hang after the user authorized in the browser. The root cause was a SocketException when trying to bind to port 5000 — the error was silently swallowed as an unobserved task exception, leaving the callback server dead with no feedback.
Configurable Callback Port
- New
CallbackPortINI setting (default:5543) — change the OAuth redirect port if the default is unavailable - Existing configs are auto-migrated with the new setting on first load
Port Availability Pre-Check
StartAuthentication()now probes the port before starting the auth server- If the port is in use, a clear error is logged with the config key name to change
Server Cleanup Fix
SpotifyAuthService.Close()now properly callsStop()beforeDispose(), preventing resource leaks
