Vivify fixes attempt

  • Bomb should no longer makes notes invisible on most vivify maps. But still an issue on fancy ones like End Times.
  • Throw should mostly correctly copy the notes if they have been modified by vivify. Still a little odd. Need to poke at further.
  • Map protection/pause for Vivify is now on by default since it has a few issues. Again, might need to poke at more later.

Edit (September 10):

  • I BELIEVE I have found a proper fix for bomb event and it properly working on any map. vivify or not. I am still pending on the Throw event. I will be checking this soon. Things should be much better in 1.1.4!

Tested on 1.40.8 and seems to work on 1.44.1
