template_hovm.ipynb: Fix case of plotting with reference data (Indexing and data cleanup). Note however that ref_year etc. do not do anything currently as plotting with reference data just does the anomaly of entire time series. template_transp_hbstreamf.ipynb: Fix cleanup: 'data' has already been deleted and cannot be removed again template_var_t.ipynb: Make script more robust. Now it does not crash anymore if the time period provided in year starts before data is available.
