Remote backup improvements on side of this role.

  • Be the only place to template repository file
    • This fixes idempotence issues between here and restic_remote role
    • Lowers required variables in restic_remote role by 3
    • Increases the required variables here by 1: This role needs to know about restic_remote_client_port (if it deviates from default) while templating a REST backend repository file.

Non-remote clients are not affected by changes done in this release.
