✨ feat(tailscale): serve every routed app on the tailnet (#976)

* 🚧 wip(tailscale): apps on the tailnet, each on a port of its own

Checkpoint: port allocation, serve config and edge routes per app, Funnel
toggle per app, card list and the link on each app's domains.

* ✨ feat(tailscale): every app with a domain also answers on the tailnet

Each routed hostname gets a stable port on the machine's ts.net name,
kept across restarts and updates. Serve proxies each port to the edge
under a path naming it; the edge strips it, restores the app's hostname
and loops the request back through the app's own router, so its guard,
firewall and sign-in rules still apply. Apps can be made public through
Funnel on 8443 or 10000; others refuse Funnel traffic. The Tailscale
card lists the apps with link, copy and a public switch, and each app's
domains show their tailnet address. Existing installs get addresses on
the first route sync after the update.

Checkpoint: zone-aware day helpers in core, threaded through reports,
timesheet, burndown, recurrence, automations and the SSR due buckets.

* 🐛 fix(tasks): a task due today is not overdue before the day is out

An all-day due date is stored as the reader's local midnight, but the server
counted days on its own clock (UTC), so in Madrid a task due today turned
overdue at 01:00 local. The day helpers in core take an optional zone, and
every server-side "today / overdue / this week" now passes the reader's:
the home headline and my-work card, the reports page, the timesheet week,
sprint burndowns, recurrence (actor's zone) and automation conditions
(actor's zone). Client components read the day in the reader's zone only
while rendering on the server, so the first HTML no longer paints a task
due today red. Browser behaviour and stored data are unchanged.
