Direct image and ROI exchange between FLIMKit and Fiji.
Two things to install. The server, which the QuPath extension shares:
pip install flimkit-bridge
And the jar below, dropped into your Fiji plugins directory. Fiji 2.16 or newer, with its bundled JDK 21.
Nine commands appear under Plugins > FLIMKit, and File > Open handles .ptu, .sdt, .photons and the other formats FLIMKit reads.
