Windows x64 local port and development-service observation. This is the first owner-authorized public binary release, marked stable/latest—not a prerelease. PortScope application source is not included.

Existing Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime is required. Installer and EXE are unsigned; unknown-publisher or reputation warnings may appear. Verify file hashes with PowerShell Get-FileHash -Algorithm SHA256 <file>. Keep Defender, SmartScreen, firewall and other protection enabled. A hash is an integrity check, not a signed publisher identity.
Highlights
Real TCP/UDP, IPv4/IPv6, PID/process and occupancy observation; evidence-based Node/Vite/React/Vue/Next.js/Java/Python service clues with confidence; local listener history, gaps and sampled trends; independent bell watches/star favorites; user project workspaces; JSON backup/restore; five themes, five sizes (90–150%), English/Chinese. No killing processes or changing system services.
All application data and project inspection stay local. No accounts, cloud sync, telemetry or automatic process-data upload. Backups are user-triggered and can contain personal notes/addresses; history export is opt-in. Monitoring/alerts require the application to be running. Portable and installed versions share the local profile; back up and close other instances before switching versions.
Docker/WSL are limited optional metadata support: standard local Docker published mappings and already-running WSL inventory only. No startup/mutation or Linux command execution, no reliable Linux-service/Windows-PID attribution, no remote/custom engine support. Real Docker/WSL service attribution was not tested here.
Evidence and limits
Reused 240 frontend and 79 native passed tests (one optional native project-path test not run), isolated backup recovery and 250 real-WebView layout cases. The final 1.0.0 payload passed focused desktop checks and namespaced real NSIS installation/upgrade/rollback/uninstall; 476 installed dependency-material files matched byte-for-byte. This does not substitute for a clean-VM original production installer test.
About 60 minutes of frozen-baseline resource observation is retained; two hours were not completed or passed. The owner removed this gate. The original run remains failed due to a harness assertion counting continued observations as transitions; it was fixed separately without rewriting the result. Memory increased during observation, so no-leak proof is not established. No new multi-hour test was started.
Clean-VM original installer/missing WebView2, sleep/wake/network-interface changes, physical DPI/touchpad and real Docker/WSL service scenarios remain unverified. Dependency audit has two off-Windows-closure Rust warnings; see the full report. No code-signing/security certification or universal Windows compatibility is claimed.
Source and licensing
PortScope application source is not published and no project-wide MIT/GPL/Apache license is selected. GitHub's automatic “Source code” archives contain only this distribution repository's documentation, screenshots and third-party materials—not the application source. Original third-party rights remain intact; exact unmodified MPL source archives and SDK/NSIS/plugin notices are provided in the repository and downloadable third-party ZIP.
The unchanged binary archives retain their pre-publication local-acceptance README/report. “Local only/no public release” there describes the prior authorization state; this Release records the owner's subsequent public-distribution authorization. Original validated bytes and hashes were preserved.

PortScope 1.0.0 正式公开二进制版，面向 Windows x64，需已有 WebView2。安装版为当前用户安装；便携版须完整解压并保留第三方目录。程序和安装包未签名，可能有未知发布者/信誉提示；核对 SHA-256，保持系统防护开启，不关闭 Defender、SmartScreen 或防火墙。

Docker/WSL 仅按需查询本机映射与已运行清单，不证明进程归属，不启动或更改环境，不执行 Linux 命令；真实服务场景未验证。约60分钟观察保留，完整两小时未完成/未通过，门槛已取消；原测试断言失败保留，内存上升仍是限制，不称无泄漏。干净VM原安装包、物理DPI/触控板、睡眠唤醒/网卡变化等仍未验证。
只公开审查后的文档、实机脱敏截图和第三方履约源码，不公开 PortScope 自有应用源码，不新增自有开源许可证。GitHub 自动源码包仅含本分发仓库内容。下载包内“仅本地”是早期验收快照，本 Release 记录之后的正式公开授权，原包字节不变。
