Audio intake and matching

• Added support for .flac, .m4a, .ogg, .opus, .wav, and .aiff file formats in the intake scanner alongside .mp3.
• Added a local SQLite fingerprint cache (cache.db) that records file modification times and fingerprint hashes, skipping Chromaprint calculations on unmodified files during library rescans.
• Added multi-disc numbering heuristics to detect disc prefixes (101, 1-01) and continuous multi-disc track sequences.
• Added multi-folder intake with Ctrl-drag to append files without clearing the staging table.

• Relocated the theme toggle to the bottom status footer.
• Added integrated offline user guide (help.html) accessible directly from the options bar.
• Added multi-resolution application icon (app_icon.ico) with dedicated frames from 16x16 to 256x256 for Windows Start Menu, Taskbar, and Desktop shortcuts.

• Windows Installer (FXsonic-v0.2.0-Setup.exe): Standard setup wizard with Start Menu integration and uninstaller support.
• Portable ZIP (FXsonic-v0.2.0-windows-x64.zip): Standalone archive. Extract the folder and run FXsonic.exe directly without installation or administrator privileges.
