Startup reliability fix

Fixes #10 — repeated launches no longer stack orphaned bwrap processes or fail with Failed to register: Timeout was reached.

The host daemon start now runs on a background thread, so the primary GApplication instance responds to activation requests from subsequent launches immediately instead of blocking on systemctl start via flatpak-spawn --host.

Install / update

If upgrading from a stuck 0.3.0 session, run pkill -f saywrite once before launching.
