Preserve ALL community data during git sync (prevent wipe)

GetAlwaysPreservedUpdatePaths only preserved community/translations/
and xml-p5t/, but NOT community/collections/, termbases/, tags/,
stars/, reviews/, or consensus/. During reset --hard, these files
were overwritten by the remote (often empty), destroying local data.

Now preserves the entire community/ directory tree during sync.
