- Default network to alot+ - Ensure only 1 local eom is generated at each tick Election Fixes - Added process list trimming at the end of an election - Execute volunteer msgs inside a proposal first. - Corrected the unit test helper for testing the election internal code - Added more logging around the elections for debugging. - Added a unit test to verify a theory about ordering of vol/proposal msgs.
