ArWen 2.9.5

ArWen 2.9.5 is a hotfix of 2.9.4. The desktop stays ArWen Desktop 1.0.10, from the 2.9.0 release.

• Install or upgrade: pip install --upgrade "gpuwm[all-cu12]==2.9.5".
• Integration kit, verification records, and checksums.
• Node GPU gate: Stage 1 and both GPU-shard results, with the tested source revision and card identity.

Changed

• Coupled hydro is opt-in: a run has no hydro unless it asks with --hydro on (or a [hydro] table with enabled = true).

Fixed

• install.sh installs rustup with the required Rust when the system Rust is older than 1.94.
• The mixed-layer ocean: water rising through the bottom of the column carries the bottom layer's own properties, so coastal sea surface temperatures no longer drift.
• Hydro start-up: the spin-up replay runs on the GPU in one launch instead of thousands of host steps, its ERA5 source downloads beside the fabric build, and the kernel pre-warm compiles the hydro units and the forecast's own variants ahead of the first step.
