Implementation

  • AllureSuiteListener — ISuiteListener registered via META-INF/services/org.testng.ITestNGListener (avoids Surefire 3.2.5 crash with @Listeners)
  • EnvironmentWriter — computes KPIs dynamically from ISuiteResult, writes target/allure-results/environment.properties
  • categories.json — written at suite start (Infrastructure Issues / Product Defects / Test Framework Errors)
  • History copy — target/allure-report/history/ → target/allure-results/history/ for trend continuity
