New Experiment page, for specifying new experiments and queueing them

• Select predictor/recommender approaches to use
• Select metrics to calculate with the results

Active Experiment page, showing currently active experiments

• Queue of experiments

Results page, detailing the results of the latest completed experiment

• Shows information about experiment as well as metrics and top recommendations
