Nova incorrectly suggests there's new version available if using compatibility flag

What happened?

Example:

$ nova find --wide --format table --containers
...
prom/node-exporter                                  v1.12.1-distroless    true    v1.12.1    v1.12.1          v1.12.1

prom/node-exporter:v1.12.1-distroless is installed and v1.12.1 is reported as newer

What did you expect to happen?

Correctly recognize and check versioning of tags with a compatibility flag
