This release fixes the scaling of panelback.bmp. My last two releases have been fixing the backgrounds of icons because of an issue I created by improperly resizing panelback.bmp since the beginning of this patcher. With this change, there is no need to fix background transparency of icons. Big shoutout to PieStars for bringing this to my attention in discussion #46.
