Reasoning Effort Dock v1.2.0 restores the MAX shimmer effects and places the clipping boundary at the widget's rounded border.

Changed

• Restored the white lateral sweep, vertical streak flow, drifting sparks, ambient halo, and thumb pulse ring.
• Effects may cross the blue rail but are clipped by the module root, so nothing paints outside the widget border.
• Aligned the vertical streak and spark fields to the rail's horizontal bounds.

• A quiet blue/cyan starfield around the bar and a few star specks in the track.
• Two warm-gold starlight flashes per 3.6 s cycle, kept separate from the blue-white lightning.

Reasoning Effort Dock v1.1.0 keeps every non-lightning animation inside the progress bar and adds quick full-bar lightning flashes.
