Gallery redesign: the Shown/Ignored switch moved to a bottom-bar toggle button — 'Show Ignored (n)' / 'Show Collection (n)' — since the top strip is reserved for KOReader's top menu; the page indicator now sits top-left. Consistent 'Ignore' wording throughout: the ⋯ menu is now 'Ignore Image', the filter is 'Ignore irrelevant images', and 'Restore ignored images' replaces the old 'hidden' phrasing. Long-press a Gallery thumbnail to move it between Collection and Ignored (unchanged).
