Glimpse v1.3.3.2 (pre-release) — fix pan speed/jank

Live panning now moves 1:1 with your finger. The previous build applied KOReader's CUMULATIVE pan distance on every frame, so the image raced ahead and accelerated (the 'too speedy and janky' feel). It now applies only the increment since the last frame, so movement tracks the finger at a steady, regular cadence (~4 grayscale updates/sec), then a clean full refresh on release.
