Caution

This is client of the legacy Fantom Opera main net. It will not work with the new Sonic network.
If you are looking for Sonic network client, check repository 0xsoniclabs/sonic.

Version 1.2.1-k is a stability release. Upgrading is recommended for all RPC operators.

What's Changed

  • The most dangerous debug_* methods are disabled, unless built as make sonicd-debug.
  • Custom JavaScript tracers are disabled in debug_trace* by default. (back-port of sonic #1233, #1236)
  • Use rpc.allow-js-tracers flag to allow custom JavaScript tracers in the debug_trace* RPC methods. This is unsafe on publicly exposed nodes.
  • Fix eth_feeHistory compatibility (back-port of sonic #1170)
