With Tracker Addons installed, worlds can now define functions that UT will load

current commands

• next progression (finally got rid of it 😈 )
• glp as an alias for get_logical_path
• get_depth will show the "shallowest" locations in logic
• get_regions lists known regions (optional filter)
• nearest_locations is get_depth but you decide where the start region is (requires worlds to be built to support 2 way entrances to be useful)
