  - Installation methods last
- Remove Docker-related files:
  - Dockerfile, docker-compose.yml, .github/workflows/docker.yml
- Update config examples to use uvx method
- Consolidate troubleshooting information in README
- Keep only essential markdown files: README.md, CHANGELOG.md, CONTRIBUTING.md

This simplifies the repository structure while maintaining comprehensive
documentation with clear, simple instructions focused on the primary
use case (Claude Desktop integration).
