Consolidates open Dependabot PRs (#118, #119, #121, #122): - react/react-dom 18 -> 19.2.7, @types/react(-dom) 18 -> 19 - @vitejs/plugin-react 5 -> 6 (requires vite ^8), vite 7 -> 8 - @types/node 22 -> 26 Removed a stray `console.log('refs', this.refs)` debug line in live-chat-widget: `this.refs` was dropped from the Component type in @types/react 19 and broke the .d.ts build. Skipped the typescript 7 bump (#120): the native TS 7 preview does not expose the programmatic API tsup uses for declaration generation (TypeError: reading 'useCaseSensitiveFileNames'), so the DTS build fails. Verified: vitest unit tests, tsup CJS/ESM/DTS build, and the vite demo build all pass.
