IsBarcodeRussianPost causing an error

Describe the bug
2D barcodes are failing to print barcode with value "RP0603BRD0733KL". It happens to most 2D barcodes.
I can see that the function IsBarcodeRussianPost returns true and then it expects all chars to be digits after the second char.

To Reproduce
Add new Code128 barcode, set the value to "RP0603BRD0733KL" and then run the report.

Expected behavior
It should show a regular barcode without making it Russian barcode.

We have reproduced this behaviour, created a ticket and forwarded it to our developers; we will let you know as soon as a fix is available

As a temporary workaround, please change the value (for example, add a character at the start or end) so that the length or prefix no longer matches, or
Use a two-dimensional barcode (QR, DataMatrix, etc.)

I suggest that we use a property such as (bool) AutoConvertToRussianPost, if the property is true then it check if IsBarcodeRussianPost otherwise it keeps the barcode as it is.
