• Re-added Epic Games launcher as it's working again with Proton.
• Added GOG Galaxy launcher support. The app is a bit clunky, but at least now it works with Proton.
• Added tabs to Settings screen. The Settings window was too large for low resolution screens.
• Now loads images incrementally to prevent the app being stuck while loading them.
• Now allows automatic Protonfixes
• Now ignores Steam user 0
• Updated translations
