Problem
Currently, the informational prompt "Click 'Done' to apply changes" ("Натисніть «Готово», щоб застосувати зміни") is located at the very bottom of the Settings menu.
Because users usually start adjusting settings from the top, they might not notice this message until they scroll all the way down, or they may close the settings without realizing their changes weren't saved.
Proposed solution
Move this notice to the top section of the Settings window (e.g., directly below the header or adjacent to the "Done" / "Готово" button) so users are informed immediately upon opening settings.
Alternatives considered
Prevent user menu closure with discord "shake" style and small notification about Save or Decline edited settings.
Additional context
