NeonLite v3.0.11-b5

This is technically the 7th beta release for v3.0.11.

This beta release lets you upload and see other people's medals in the global leaderboard, along with other bugfixes that beta 4 didn't catch. You can also now edit the Steam LB file even without the score having changed.

Beta 4.1 added some new prints and fixes some small bugs with beta 4, and beta 4.2 just fixes going straight to the title screen on an unverifiable run.

Beta 4 expanded on verification to allow for rush stuff, and included some new verifications:

• Pausing during ILs will mark your run as unverifiable.
• Pausing during rushes may not exceed 5 minutes; this now has a visible timer and will mark your run as unverifiable if it goes over.
• If SFX audio is muted in any way, it will mark your run as unverifiable.

Beta 3 changed some stuff internally to allow for Steam LB files to be added to level rushes, as well as stopped the global from erroring out when accessing it the first time.

Beta 2 fixed a couple of small things relating to the speedometer and GameInfo, as well as restored they greyscale effect from SuperRestart's Minimize Flashing setting.
