Fixed since last pre-release

• Both the main app and renderer context now use Electron 43.7.6 (instead of somehow using both 42 and 43 respectively). [Commit]
  • This should solve issues on Windows where opening the app for the first time would start the first window as hidden.
• Window title bar width (in respect to the new native window controls) is now calculated with Electron's env() CSS functions, instead of through Javascript. [Commit]
  • This should solve issues on Windows where snapping a window, or moving it to fullscreen (F11) would scramble the title bar's layout.
  • This should also solve issues on Linux where having your window controls on the left side of a window would overlay them on top of the app title.
