Release v2026.6.3-dev.1
Pre-release
Pre-release
Built on Horizon 2.3.1.
This build syncs Solstice with the Horizon 2.3.1 release (previous builds were built on 2.2.1). Everything else is the same as the last pre-release; Device Sync is still included but remains internal-only for now, since the Horizon side is not released yet.
Changes since v2026.6.3-dev.0
- Synced with Horizon 2.3.1. Pulls in all upstream changes from 2.2.2-beta.0 through 2.3.1. The parts you will actually notice on mobile:
- Deleted channels (or channels you are banned from) no longer stay in your grouped pins forever, throwing errors every time you connect.
- Character memos saved in the app no longer come back with garbled text like
&in them. - Context menus now close when you tap buttons that swallow the tap, like the BBCode editor toolbar.
- Broadcasts and event messages render more consistently in Modern view, and non-square HQ portraits no longer look stretched in the conversation list.
- The word lookup dialog now offers Merriam-Webster, Wiktionary, and Urban Dictionary.
- Translation updates for Spanish, French, Hungarian, and Italian.
- Desktop-only upstream features are not included. Horizon 2.3.0's new auto-download updater is desktop functionality; Solstice keeps its own update check.
This is a pre-release test build, not an official release.
