• docs(readme): replace the stale roadmap with an honest scope statement — the Roadmap section no longer lists "new agent integrations", "cross-machine audit aggregation", "workflow presets" or "CI hard-gating" as future work; it now states the project's direction (correctness and real-world validation of the existing gate first) and what it deliberately does not plan (new agent integrations, CI-side hard gating, cross-machine audit synchronization, remote policy fetching), so the public page no longer advertises capabilities the project has decided against —— README 路线图改为诚实的范围声明：不再把"更多 Agent 平台接入 / 跨机器审计汇总 / 场景化流程预设 / CI 硬门禁"列为未来计划，改为写明项目方向（先把现有门禁的正确性与真实验证做好）与明确不计划的事项（新 Agent 平台接入、CI 侧硬门禁、跨机器审计同步、远程策略拉取），公开页面不再宣传已被否决的能力。
